Redness and strain at both nose openings

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Since last 2 days there is strain/inflammation/little redness at nose openings. It's not paining generally but when touched little pain is there. Probably seborrheic dermatitis like thing. Shall I consult dermatologist or ENT?? How shall we treat this. Please help.
