Redness and pain in eye

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I had a squint eye correction surgery on both my eyes about 2 months, I still have redness, pain in the eye due to which I am getting headache as well, currently I am using Flurometholone eye drops three times a day from about a week and before that dru ocular lubricant as doctor said there was a little infection
