Reddish things in 3.5 month baby stool
Hi
My 3.5 month normal delivery born baby's is doing poty 4-5 times a day since day before yesterday
But since yesterday there is some reddish color thing in his stool (not sure if it's blood)
The baby is happy, smiling , not in pain and feeds easily and properly.
We have kept baby on exclusive breast milk.
Baby's Mother also did not have any non veg and her nipples are not sore or have any problem. She is having green salad.
What could be the issue ?
