  4. Reddish eyes. Are living a out of city?

My baby boy age 8months, Firstly he had loose motion looks like due to overheat for 2 days. From 2nd day his eyes got reddish and often he used to rub his eyes. 3rd day also remains the same but his left eye become small/Swollen.. Please help us.. We are living a out of city
