Hello This redness is not significant This could be due to dryness Try A. Cold compresses B. Use lubricating eyedrop like refresh tears frequently Consult local ophthalmologist if problem persist Regards

It might be allergic conjunctivitis. Please do cold compresses. Put antiallergic eye drops e.g.olopatadine and lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids
