Reddish eye
My left eye is reddish and is sensitive to light for 2 days. no severe pain. but i feel little pain if i press my eye.

This could be due to many causes like dryness, infection etc
It is very difficult to comment without examining you
You may use lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears and try cold compresses

Red eye is commonly due to infection called conjunctivitis r ""madras eye"" as commonly called
Photophobia might suggest a viral etiology where cornea r black part of eye may get effected
Kindly consult an ophthalmologist
And use medication as advised
