after a foreign body if there is no injury to eye watering may occur due to infection but in that case it very soon turns into thick discharge and if there is any injury to cornea then there will be pain and watering along with redness. put moxifloxacin eye drops 2hourly. for today .if you get relief its good otherwise you must cnsult an ophthalmologist.
