Red spots with itching

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I am having red spot like mosquito bite with itching, there are no mosquitos in my room but the sopts are like mosquito bites. It causes so much itching and it only happens in hand and legs. Also I have seen new spots are started appearing sometimes. Please help
