Red spots under the foreskin of penis
While I was doing masturbation 2-3 days prior. I found out that I have 2-3 red spots under the foreskin of my penis and some brownish color skin patches on the opening.Is it serious and can anyone tell what doctor should I refer? I am 15 years old.
