Red spots under my foreskin
Last 6-7 days I have developed reddish spots on the head of my penis and under the foreskin. It is not itchy but is uncomfortable. I have used cleaning with lukewarm water and Savlon and have applied Quadriderm RF cream but it is not going. Can you suggest some medication.

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. Quadriderm is a strong steroid and can cause severe side effects. Do not use soap or savlon over the penis.
