Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have red dots appearing in my skin for a few month but previous it was not that much recently in a month it's frequency has grown it's mostly on legs and hands once in neck it disappear after 3 days it looks like mosquito bites I have read somewhere it can be blood vessel bursting or an indication of infection in the body as I have infection in the body in the testicle for quite sometime but I am attaching pics right now I am seeing the doctor for other problem of bacteria infection can it be because of that or sun exposure should I be afraid
