My daughter aged 2.5 years has Red spots, dry in nature on face n thighs. I have used calamin lotion, silodermi mixi, hhzole, nothing is working

It doesn’t look like allergy, looks like some fungal infection or vitamin deficiency. 1) Your daughter’s medical condition will require prompt & immediate treatment.
