Red spots in the root of hair
I'm male 23 years old , I'm feeling iching in hands and feet ..when I looked at the spot I can see red dots in the root of hair which causing iching ..after iching the whole area around that spot became red .. what is this ? And any treatment ? I'm sharing photo ...
