Hello sir, this condition can be understood in very simple way and it can be treated as well as also. According to ayurveda, insimple terms this condition is related to vata and pitta. Vata means movable factor and pitta means which is giving toxicity to blood and spots are coming all over the body which is red in colour. This can be treated easily within 2 or 3 months. If you want to start the treatment you can contact me for further treatment. Medicine wil be provided. Nd regarding your questions yes it can be lichen planus but i think its some variant of that With regards, Dr.amit verma

Your bowel and bladder habits, your appetite and sleep pattern and any other symptoms or disease in case you are suffering from. Please let me know these details so that I can tell you exact treatment. Regards Dr. Omkar Balkrishna Shahapurkar Pune
