Red spot with itching.

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I was take tretiva 20mg by mistake for pimples.. Because i done the course of tretiva for pimple before and it is successfuly rid. So i take one pill of tretiva Because i saw pimples.. But i show that i have red spot with many white tips. Or it is itchy. Spot on back or legs. What i do for this?
