I had noticed red spot on white eye(right eye) before two days , first it looks like a small red thick spotish now its spreader large and not thick ,I have attached an image before and after, is it danger it will affect my vision what should I do?

Appears to be sub conjunctival haemorrahage. Pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day. Pl consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Hi. Its a small subconjunctival bleed. It could be due to minor trauma. You Need not worry. It won't affect your vision. It'll settle on its own over 2-3 weeks.
You can use eye drop teardrops 2-3 times a day 2 weeks.
