Red Spot on the nose

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I've had a red spot on my nose for about 3 weeks now. It hasn't reduced in size. It doesn't show any signs of reducing either. It doesn't look like a pimple, it has no visible head. What could it be? What steps should i take?
