Red spot on foot and palm

I am getting red spots on my foot and hand(palms). Nowhere else. Is this some kind of allergy or else? Please guide.

Hello Dr.Yogesh here This mat be due to excess heat ( pitta ) in your body which is affecting your skin. it is suggested to use Mahahanjishthadi kadha 4 tsf with warm water after food. Avipattikar churna 1 spoon at night while sleeping with warm water. application of eladi coconut oil.
