This is Polymorphous light eruption. Its is a common skin rash generally caused by the exposure to the sun's ultraviolet light. Make sure to apply sunscreens regularly irrespective of if goin out or not. Taking antihistamines or Using cold compresses. also can help. Consult a Dermatologist to prevent further aggravation of the patches.
