Red round pimple like patch
I've been getting round red coloured patches on my face which aren't pimples. They don't have a arising surface either. They don't hurt and have any pus inside it but it's very visible as it is red in colour. It occurs overnight but doesn't settle,please help me understand this.

If could be urticaria ..kind of allergy.
Follow up with pictures of affected area in direct consult for detailed prescription.
