Red rashes over the neck. It is itching

My name is Kifayat Ulla khan. I am 55 years old. My address is thakurdwara, distt-Moradabad, Uttar pradesh My problem is: Since last 7 days, I am having red rashes over my neck. It is itching a lot particularly in night. Please find attached the images of my neck. Please suggest the medicine as there is no skin specialist nearby area. I will be greatly thankful to you.
