Red rashes over full hand and feet

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My brother have got red rashes like thing over his hand two days before. By evening same things appear on feet and under feet. He consulted a skin specialist and they diagnosed that as insect bite and given a tablet. But by today morning it's increases in number and sizes
