Red rashes on baby skin

Asked for Female, 1 Years

Hi my baby is 5 month old for past few days after bath immediately she has red rashes all over the body including face then it automatically disappear after half an hour .I already stoped all the skin care product but still the rashes appearing on her skin . She is totally on breastfeed. Please help also attaching pic .

Hi there These rash looks like allergic rash. As you have already stopped using any skin care, I hope soap & shampoos are included in the list. So bath with only water may be having harsh chlorinated water, or the tepm of water is a bit more. Give bath with boiled & cooled water at room tepm. no soap, or shampoo.
