Red rashes above anus dry skin
It was itching before but it is not itching anymore red rash above anus i am using four derm since 3 weeks and it has not been that effective, i thought its a normal rash due to sweating, i am also applying clotrimazole anti fungal powder. Kindly help

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the thighs and genital area. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams like fourderm lead to repeated cases of recurrence and also side effects due to applications Do not use steroid containing combination creams.
