My sister got sudden Red rash in stomach she don't know what happen even if she touch that the little pain feeling sorrounding area and that area looks watery rash small dot pls tell what to use like ointment or tablet and reasons .. thanks

Looks like a tiny blister. Any fever ? Previous history of chickenpox ?
