Red rash inside mouth

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Feel difficulty in eating,swallowing. Also it pains. A kind of red rash and swelling on inner throat. Is it infectious mononucleosis? Done antibiotics treatment with advice of physician. But the symptoms persists but not as severe as it was before. Now I'm on cefuroxime 500 BD ,defza 6mg(tid), gycoseptal mouth wash, hifenac mr.

Antibiotics will not help you. Use mouth wash and local steroid to control the pain. Consult a good ENT doctor for proper diagnosis and further management.
