Red possible birthmark
Since birth, I’ve had a red slightly dark patch of skin that goes from my neck to my chin. It is not raised like a birthmark, and is the same as normal skin except for the color and it is the only place on my face that grows facial hair. So far I haven’t found anything that fades it. What is this, and how do i get rid of it?
