Hi
You may be having seborrhoeic dermatitis or scalp psoriasis. You will need to use a tar based shampoo with a salicylic acid lotion overnight. This condition may run in some families or may be worse in winter. Please contact a dermatologist who can examine you and prescribe the appropriate skin care products and treatments
