Red Patch on daughters leg

My 17 month old daughter has over the past month had an unusal non itchy red patch with little spot like bumps appear on her thigh next to her cafe au lait mark. I've tried every over the counter cream and it doesn't seem to be healing or going away.

Is your child having neurofibromatosis as you mentioned cafe au lait spots.. it is always better to show her to some dermatologist as you had used all the over the counter medicine and creams.. without examining the mark, can't prescribe any medicine
