Ive had red patch on thw rough of my mouth and some skin have come off, ive had for days now and its getting bigger, what could it be?

Do you remember eating anything very hot which could have scalded the palate? If yes then it could be because of that and should resolve on its own . If not then get a dental check up to diagnose the cause of your problem
