Red papules around abdomen and genitals

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I have had these red papules around my lower abdomen for ower a month now they don't really hurt or itch I have had unprotected sex multiple times they started out on my lower abdomen I have done research into what I thought it looked similar to online and looks like something called molluscum but I'm not 100% on that. Obiously still I'm worried it can be other issues like herpes and I can't go to the doctor for awhile as I'm very busy with collage at the moment. This situation is very stressful
