  4. Red marks on skin. Hand. please advice.

Red marks on skin
I have recently become very active in sports and I sweat a lot, due to which I am getting many red marks that itch a lot on my hands. I visited some skin doctor, and she asked to apply hh derma cream which although removed these but the spots started appearing again once i stopped the cream. The cream also left white marks on my hand. Please advice.
