Red marks on penis
I've been to a urologist who told me that I have balanitis and gave me a betadine solution, a tablet, and candid b cream to apply twice a day. After 7 days, there is no improvement. The doctor also kept pushing circumcision as some holy wine to fix all issues, when I can achieve full retraction, although the frenulum is a bit short. How do I fix this, and do I go to a urologist or dermatologist about this?
