Red marks on body

Menstruating, but these marks have increased and become more darker from past 2-3 months. I am having a history of Chikungunya . I am noticing these marks becoming darker since i had chikungunya. I have same kind of huge and dark marks on my upper arm and on my back as well. It seems more like clots of blood spots on my arm. What would be the cause? Is it a concerning issue? Or its just a reaction of some medicine or fat tissue or any symptom of disease like diabetes ? Plz help me with this. I am very much worried.

Hi..... Stretch marks can occur anywhere where the skin has been stretched, but they usually affect areas where fat is stored, such as the: tummy (abdomen), breasts, upper arms.... You may get stretch marks if you put on a lot of weight over a short period of time. They sometimes remain even after losing weight, but should eventually fade. Regular dieting can cause stretch marks as your weight goes up and down. If you need to lose weight, lose it slowly and steadily so that your skin isn't put under strain. ....
