Red marks inside lips

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Hello dr, My son is 4 yrs old. Since yesterday evening he is not taking his meals. He only had breakfast today morning. He is not eating anything now. I have seen some red color acne inside his lips. Also his lower lip is getting dry with some cracks on it. Please help. Thanks n Regards Divya Arora

This can be ulcers . Apply zytee gel three times a day half n hour before food. Give syp bevon 5 ml once a day for 1 month. Apply some ghee over cracked lips
