Red Itchy spots on the torso and back

Question

Asked for Female, 23 Years

There has been constant itchiness on the back and the torso , and some parts of the neck. On observation , there seemed to be red spots developing all over. This has been happening since 2 days now. The itchiness reduces with application of oil on the infected areas. There is also relief as a result The spots seem like multiple mosquito bites
