I get red itchy marks all over the body, i did an extensive allergy test and found out am allergic to oats, tuna, soap. But even when I stay away from these things, I still get it, I went to several doctors, and some say its urticaria / hives and gave me antihistamines and some other tablets. But the moment i stop the medication, it comes up on my skin the very next day. Whereever I itch it comes uo all Red and bumpy, just like the finger nail marks. I have no clue what to do.

Your description of suggests the diagnosis of Urticaria. Urticaria is body's response to some unknown allergen leading to gives on skin repeatedly. Treatment response varies from patient to patient and thus needs customisation depending on your response. Treatment may need to be continued for long period of time. Be patient and follow instructions of your dermatologist. Sometimes even if you know allergens and stop them completely still allergy continues.
