Red itchy bumps on foot

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have developed red itchy bumpy patches on my foot a week after I tried waxing with white chocolate for the first time. The hair waving was done by a beautician. Is this a delayed allergic reaction to the waxing or is this eczema?
