Red itchy bumps on chest

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have these red itchy bumps in the middle of my chest and it's kind of spreading , earlier I was prescribed episert cream by a dermatologist and he told me it's just a minor fungal infection but it didn't helped much and I stopped using the cream but now it has been a more than a year and I doubt that whether it is Ringworm or some kind of eczema coz the bumps r coming-out in new areas of chest and increasing also
