Red inflamed itchy bump .

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have bumps like over my fingers. First they were pin head size but then it got intensely itchy and are rapidly increasing in size..it looks like its burned and inflamed. These are also spreading to my other fingers and toes . Please tell me what it is and whats the solution.
