Red hard pimple on face
After doing laser hair removal treatment on face some red hard pimples arise on my face.I use fucibet cream but it does not cure .what should I use

Thanks for your question. Sorry for your concerns.
I would advise you use cetaphil cleanser and use benzyl peroxide 5℅ for acne reduction. Also you can undergo jassners peel for acne reduction.
