Red eyes for 3 days
I have red and swollen eyes for 3 days. When I wake up in the morning, I have a lot of yellowish discharge.
Left eye is reduced but now right eye started. Is this some form of viral and what options do I have.

Your symptoms are suggestive of conjunctivitis
Try
A. Cold compresses
B. Use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6 times along with lubricating eyedrop
C.soft steroid like fluorometholone eyedrop can be used in severe cases
