Red eye with severe itching

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi my baby eyes are red it was about a week ago. his left eye left side of cornea became red. we wait to resolve itself but after 4 days we go for eye specialist and he told conjiquvitis he gave 1 eye drop tobox one ointment ocupol and one oral drops taxim o drops. now both eyes are red and he rubbs his eyes badly most of time.after 5 days we again went and he said to continue with these. now its 7 day of treatment but eyes are still red and itching is sevre. now i am worried what to do. please help

Try to avoid child rubbing eyes. U can keep cold packs/cold cloth over eye, it will reduce itching. A photo of the eye and age of baby will help to assess better.

Next Steps

If itching is more, u can start Winolap eye drops 2 times a day.
