Red eye since 3 days
Not sure if because of long screen exposure time or some infection. need to take some eye drops. consulting which one. only right eye is red. left is a bit but looks okay. right eye feel pain and burning sensation around edges

red eye can be because of many reason ,it there any pain in eye that increases with sunlight exposure ? was there any stickiness of discharge in the eye in morning ? is there itching in the eye?

Symptoms are of dryness. U can use refresh tears eye drops 4 times per day. If symptoms persists plz take online video consultation.

Just use a lubricant eye drop for a few days. This should resolve.
