Red eye From last 4 day with water coming out. Applied ciplox eye drops but no relief... please help

is there  any pain or thick discharge. if there is pain also  please  consult  an ophthalmologist. but if no pain  change the antibiotics. try  moxifloxacin eye drops 2hourly.
