My son , 5 year old is having Red eye, we are using /giving moxicip but still problem persist . Please suggest suitable drop

Hi. If there are no other symptoms , You can start with ocurest AH eye drops and Lubrex DS eye drops . Both eye drops 4 times a day for 1 week.
Next Steps
if problem persists consult online after 1 week . continue putting moxicip eye drop ...

Don't give moxicip for kids.
Red eye with discharge needs antibiotic- u can use Toba eye drops 1 drop 4 times a day.
If it is redness with itching then it is allergic and needs different medicine.
It's better you put a photo/take online consultation or visit nearest Ophthalmologist to know what is causing redness and treat appropriately.
Next Steps
stop moxicip. not preferred in kids.
