  4. Red dots on skin. What this could be.

Red dots on skin
I see these kinda red dots on my skin here and there. It does not itch nor swollen. It disappears by itself in 3-4 days by itself. I am worried it could be a sign of serious disease. Plz help me understand what this could be.
