I am getting red dots on the penile head, this has started recently . I have notice this after my wife started complaining regarding white discharge from her vagina the day after having sex. Please see the attached pics for reference. Regards, Pankaj Patil

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it. You have most of the signs considering the photos.  Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. Both you and your wife needs to be treated.
