Red dots and rashes under foreskin.

A week back I found my foreskin and a skinny joint downside of penis head has minute crack after an erection. I never had sex with anybody. I just applied coconut oil to get relieved from irriation. I kept doing this for a week. But now I see some white skin like substance on penis head and under foreskin. It also has red rashes and red dots on penis head. I feel little pain inside near about penis head while peeing. And irriation under foreskin. I tried searchin on net for symptoms it was similar to Balanitis. Please suggest what kind of allergy it could be. And any ointment for same. I dont prefer oral medicines because I have allergy to some antibiotics. One is know to me .. its dewmox cv.
