From 6 days she is having red spots all over body.Not specifically allergic or changed any medicine and had no fever within 2-3 months

Greetings - I would be in a better position to diagnose the condition if you could attache photos of the rash on follow up messaging. or else - please see a qualified dermatologist near you. Red spots in old age could be senile pupura/ could be folliculitis / mild eczema etc - these are best examined and treated. hope this helps. warm regards
